Refunds and Exchanges
Tea Bar does not offer refunds, but we do offer e-credits as indicated below:
If for any reason you receive the wrong item in your order, you have 1 day after receiving it to request an exchange or e-credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with all labels clean and intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is approved, we will contact you with instructions on how and where the exchange of the product will occur. E-credits will be applied to your account and will be sent to you electronically.
Gift Returns
Gift recipients will receive, via mail or email, an e-credit in the matching the price paid by the purchaser, provided we can identify the original order. If you do not have the purchaser’s packing slip, a store credit will be issued based on the item’s lowest selling price.
Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We can only exchange merchandise that is in saleable condition. Gift Cards and shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. All clearance merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Statement of Indemnity
Benefits listed on our teas are based on traditional healing methods from cultures around the world. Some of these remedies have been scientifically proven, while others have had minimal research carried out on them. Some of these folkloric treatments have not been tested at all. Our bodies are all different and respond to various herbs in different ways. As such, Tea Bar does not render itself liable if anyone becomes sick or has any type of reaction to our teas. When you drink our teas, you do so at your own risk. Please contact your doctor before drinking our teas, especially if you are on medication.
